Drawing on knowledge from my experience as a complementary healthcare practitioner, sports massage therapist, and yoga teacher, I provide gentle yoga tuition with an interest in chronic pain and stress management. I incorporate a variety of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.

Relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed. Modifications are offered to suit all abilities and you are encouraged to listen to your body throughout your practice, taking the options that suit you.

Gentle chair-based yoga is perfect for anyone who may find getting up and down from the ground difficult. Stretch and strengthen your body in a safe and gentle way.

Jo delivers a fun and accessible chair exercise class tailored for seniors and people with limited mobility. Improve dexterity, strength, and flexibility which in turn can help aid self-confidence and independence.
