Jo Davies​
Drawing on knowledge from my experience as a complementary healthcare practitioner, sports massage therapist, and yoga teacher, I provide gentle yoga tuition with an interest in chronic pain and stress management. I incorporate a variety of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.
Relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
Explore traditional hatha postures alongside restful restorative poses.
Modifications are offered to suit all abilities and you are encouraged to listen to your body throughout your practice, taking the option that suits you in that moment.

Gentle chair-based yoga is perfect for anyone who may find getting up and down from the ground difficult. Stretch and strengthen your body in a safe and gentle way.
Jo delivers a fun and accessible chair exercise class tailored for seniors and people with limited mobility. Online classes
Restorative yoga and meditation are wonderful ways to unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep. Join our weekly meditation class where we explore breath work and guided meditations. During restorative yoga sessions we enjoy juicy poses held for longer to allow for a deeper sense of letting go. These offerings are purely floor-based and do not contain any standing or balance asanas nor any inversions or vinyasa.
