Drawing on knowledge from my experience as a complementary healthcare practitioner, sports massage therapist, and yoga teacher, I provide gentle yoga tuition with an interest in chronic pain and stress management. I incorporate a variety of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.

Jo delivers a fun and accessible chair exercise class tailored for seniors and people with limited mobility. Improve dexterity, strength, and flexibility which in turn can help aid self-confidence and independence.
Restful yoga is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy juicy poses held for a few minutes at a time to allow for a deeper sense of letting go. Purely floor-based, this class does not contain any standing or balance asanas nor any inversions or vinyasa. I encourage you to use blankets and cushions to feel fully supported in your practice. After 25 minutes of restful yoga, we move into a 20-minute meditation.
