Enjoy gentle chair yoga without leaving the comfort of your own home. Chair yoga incorporates gentle movements with breath awareness to help bring your body and mind back into balance. Your one to one session will be structured to your individual ability and needs, helping to improve your ability to carry out day to day tasks. Reduce pain, stiffness, stress & tension and improve your range of movement, circulation, flexibility, coordination, dexterity, and more with gentle chair exercises. Please ensure you have a sturdy chair and enough space to practice safely. Modifications are offered to suit all abilities and you are encouraged to listen to your body throughout your practice, taking the options that suit you. Your Zoom link will be emailed to you just before your session. New students will receive a Health Questionnaire by email to be returned before the booking link can be sent. If you are placing a booking as a new student, please allow at least 24 hours before the start of the session you wish to join.
